• To combat the boxy nature of the space by softening it with circles.
• By starting the circular effect we can introduce a circular paving area from the existing patio thereby extending that area to allow for more dining space
• The lawn shape becomes defined again accentuating the circular shape. A new lawn will lift the garden's image.
• The beds surrounding the space combine hardy evergreen shrubs with soft summer planting in a colourful seasonal palette
• A log roll boundery will help to keep the lawn separated from the beds and make upkeep on the lawn easier.
• Circular stepping stones lead the eye across the lawn to the fanned decked are situated in the bottom left hand corner of the garden to catch the late afternoon sun
• The gardens new shape allows us to change the feel and increase the use for the space without disturbing existing plants or hard landscaping
• Nextdoors ajoining wall which imposes on this garden will be soften by using climbers in a lattice work support.
• The shape shifting the garden will make the space seem bigger as we all be blurring the edges in order that the ye cannot see where the garden ends
• We will also play with the idea or intrigue, as you will not be able to see the whole space from any point in the garden, so there will always be a new corner to explore
• As with all Earth Designs Gardens all exisiting shrubs and planting will be pruned and conditioned as requested and all soil dug and conditioned.
