Essex Garden Design Diary WOTB wk41 2015

Katrina went to present to the Romford roof garden this week. The client was looking for an Essex garden designer and contacted Katrina a few weeks ago with a view to the design concept. Between them they have designed a very lush, verdant roof terrace with integrated seat and bespoke raised beds. The client is delighted with the concept and agreed that she would like to progress with the build.

Katrina went to see a client looking for garden designer in East London. He wanted a simple, low-budget solution to transform his garden into something more child friendly. He had a clear idea of what he wished to achieve which included raising the height of the walls, filling in the central area and laying to turf and then creating some screening across the back wall. Katrina drew out the design and Matt is just looking at the costings this week.

Katrina also went to present a modern Japanese garden in North London. The client had lived in the property a number of years and was looking to renovate the garden space to match the high standards of the interior. She wanted a densely planted garden with lots of texture and interest. She is delighted with the result and has paid a holding deposit to secure the build dates.

Katrina also went to see a new client in Woodford. They were completely renovating the interior of the family home and were looking for some ideas and input regarding a high spec external space. They were looking for a garden designer in East London and gave Katrina a ring to come and tender for the project. They were delighted with the concept and signed up for design package straight away!
