Garden Landscape and Design Diary

Matt and his landscape team are putting the finishing touches to the garden builds in Wanstead and Leigh-on-Sea.

Our landscape build in Wanstead have had their decking area constructed and completed. The team have installed artificial lawn as well as some real turf too and the client is delighted with the result.

Matt and his team started laying paving slabs for the patio area on our Leigh-on-Sea garden design. The terraced steps are now built and the team will finish the rendering this week.

Katrina has been busy working on a garden postal design. This involves the client completing a questionnaire and conducting their own site survey. It asks them to identify what they would like in their garden as well as a series of like/dislike pictures for them to comment on. The client then returns the questionnaire to Earth Designs where Katrina will use this information to produce three sketch drawings for the client to choose from. Once they have done this and responded with any feedback, Katrina will then forward the client the finished garden plan which includes a planting plan as well as 3D visuals.

Katrina also continued work on the family garden design in Kent. The owners are repeat clients from a few years ago. They had called Katrina asking to revamp their long thin garden following a new kitchen extension in the basement. Katrina is working closely with them to hone their style and taste by using platforms such as Pinterest.
