Weekly Diary of a London & Essex Garden Designer – Week 5

The calls have started coming in and Katrina has already got a garden design consultations lined up for people looking for a London garden designer. She is due to visit a client in Walthamstow, Hackney and Lewisham this coming weekend.

Jo has been busy working on securing editorial in a local magazine called The Oracle, as well as Life & Home in Essex which is a supplement for our local paper, The Evening Echo. Both of these will be published in March.

A customer from last year was looking for a garden design in Essex and called Earth Designs. After a consultation, he immediately signed up for a design package but had to delay until he received planning permission on his house. Katrina got word this week that this had gone through so he has booked in to see her next week to move the project forward. A site survey incorporating the architects plans and an ordnance survey map has been prepared in advance ready for their meeting.
